The wine specialist and lecturer
I am a certified sommelier and have a genuine interest in aromas and flavours.
I have long experience in leading tastings of food and especially wines including beer and spirits. Other tasting areas I also like to give lectures on are such as coffee, tea, cheeses, licorice and black and white truffles.
I am a co-owner of a vineyard in Piedmont, located in the north of Italy, where I arrange group trips and guided tours, especially in the wine areas.
During my tasting schools, I share my knowledge and experience in an engaging and easy way.
My education is a degree from the Scandinavian Wine Academy (Vinkällan) and an examination of the Wine and Sprit Education Trust (WSET) advanced level in London. Right now I'm undergoing training in the WSET diploma - one of the world's most prestigious wine programs.
I also lecture on opera performances and classical concerts occasionally.
My work as a lecturer is at Vinkällan - Sweden's sharpest education for future sommeliers.
